Training starts at the basic transitional business skills one learns at the start of a career, and then through intensely documented technical training materials, they are able to move from Service Assurance to deep Technical Service Delivery. Throughout, they are utilizing customizable automation tools and mentored by a small team of SME Architects and Engineers.
